Salad of roasted tribelli®

Ingredients
- 12 units of tribelli® peppers
- A spring onion
- Pepper
- EVOO (Extra virgin olive oil)
- Salt
Elaboration
- Wash and roast the peppers on ember. Remove the skin and cut them in strips.
- Put the peppers, the salt, and the oil in a bowl to be seasoned. Julienne cut the spring onion and mix it with the peppers.
