Mascarpone Tribelli - Enza Zaden


  • tribelli® mini
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lemon
  • Sugar
  • Cream cheese
  • Mascarpone cheese
  • Cream


  • Bake one tribelli® of each colour with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper in a 200°C oven for 15 minutes.
  • Prepare the mascarpone cream: Whisk together 400 g of cream cheese, 250 g of mascarpone, 70 g of
    sugar and a squeeze of lemon juice.
  • Add 100 ml of cream.
  • Peel the baked tribelli® and cut into strips.
  • Put the mascarpone cream into a small glass and fill with the baked tribelli®.
