- tribelli® mini
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Cream cheese
- Mascarpone cheese
- Bake one tribelli® of each colour with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper in a 200°C oven for 15 minutes.
- Prepare the mascarpone cream: Whisk together 400 g of cream cheese, 250 g of mascarpone, 70 g of
sugar and a squeeze of lemon juice.
- Add 100 ml of cream.
- Peel the baked tribelli® and cut into strips.
- Put the mascarpone cream into a small glass and fill with the baked tribelli®.
